We are a charitable organization committed to improving the lives of those in need. With your help, we can make a meaningful impact in the Lakeway Area and beyond.
To meet the growing needs of the communities we serve, we gratefully welcome memorial contributions, general donations, monthly giving, and participation in our unique fundraising events. Our comfort home model allows us to provide care based on each resident’s ability to pay. Most residents are able to contribute only a small portion of the actual cost of services. Serenity House is a non-medical facility and does not receive reimbursement from private insurance, Medicare, or TennCare.
We invite you to consider partnering with us financially to help ensure compassionate end-of-life care remains accessible to those in need.

At Serenity House, we envision a world where every person has access to end of life care. We strive to create a world where everyone has dignity and comfort care when they need it most, regardless of background or circumstances.
Help provide a peaceful, supportive environment where residents and their loved ones are surrounded by skilled care, emotional support, and human connection during life’s most vulnerable moments, regardless of a patient’s ability to pay.

Your support, set in stone.
Honor someone special or commemorate an important moment with an engraved brick. Help others who deserve comfort, dignity, and compassion at the end of life and leave a lasting symbol of your loved one's memory.
Make a meaningful difference where it matters most. At Serenity House, our Resident Care Assistants are the heart of the home—providing compassionate, hands-on support to individuals and families during one of life’s most important moments.
In this role, you will assist residents with daily living activities, promote comfort and dignity, and help create a peaceful, home-like environment. You’ll work alongside hospice professionals while building genuine connections with residents and their loved ones.
We’re looking for dependable, caring individuals who are passionate about serving others, communicate well, and thrive in a team-oriented setting. Experience in caregiving or healthcare is helpful, but a compassionate heart and willingness to learn are just as important.
If you’re seeking more than just a job—if you’re called to serve with purpose—we invite you to join our team and be part of something truly meaningful.
